Compuware Covisint Announces Business NowSM Partnership Program, Beginning With Plexus Systems, LLC
DETROIT and AUBURN HILLS, Mich.--September 21, 2005--Covisint, a subsidiary of Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ: CPWR), today introduced a new program called Business Now SM to extend application access through Covisint's Demand-Driven Interoperability SM platform. Plexus Systems, a web-hosted provider of fully integrated software solutions for manufacturing companies, inaugurated the program as the first Business Now partner.
The Covisint Business Now SM partnership will give current and new Covisint customers (more than 30,000 companies and 200,000 users in 96 countries) the opportunity to use Plexus Online web-based software to streamline their operations, improve quality and reduce costs across manufacturing operations. It brings together Covisint's messaging, security and portal capabilities with a vendor's software solutions, enabling businesses of all sizes the ability to enjoy technical functionality that previously was only available to OEMs and large Tier I suppliers.
