Columbia, Mo., Chooses Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning Solution from Tyler Technologies to Transform Government Services


City signs contract for Tyler's Munis® and EnerGov® solutions



Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has signed an agreement with the city of Columbia, Mo., for Tyler's Munis®enterprise resource planning (ERP) and EnerGov® planning, permitting and licensing solutions. The contract is valued at approximately $4.8 million and includes software licenses, related professional services, maintenance and support.

After a competitive review process, Columbia selected Tyler's Munis and EnerGov solutions to meet the city's goals of improving interdepartmental workflow and communication, modernizing business practices and providing enhanced public services for customers to access city information and online services.

Columbia selected a variety of Munis and EnerGov applications to build a comprehensive system that will meet the current and future needs of the growing city, including financial management, human capital management, content management, permitting, GIS mapping and self service for citizens and employees. Columbia will also utilize EnerGov's mobile application suite to empower employees to manage code enforcement and field inspections away from the office.



The city of Columbia is Missouri's fifth-largest city. It has a population of 113,000 and is home to the University of Missouri.
