COE Press Equipment Ships Coil Feeding Line to Alliance Laundry Systems
Sterling Heights, Mich., July 5, 2016 - COE Press Equipment announced that it has supplied and installed a coil processing line to Alliance Laundry Systems (Ripon, WI), a global leader in commercial laundry equipment and solutions. The line, which is now in operation, consists of a servo feed, dual threading table, power straightener and coil reel with full line automation controls.
The 42-in. line can process is designed to process 60,000 PSI stainless steel coil from 0.028 to 0.850-in. thick material depending upon the width. It features a 42-in. ServoMaster Series 4 roll feed capable of 396 FPM, a 42-in. by 10-ft. dual threading table, a 3.5-in. by 42-in. power straightener, and a 30,000 lb. capacity coil reel.
