For every company, the journey to certification requires time, effort, and unwavering dedication. We commenced our preparation a year ago by using business metrics to assess our existing tools, techniques, and procedures, and bringing them into line with the new compliance requirements. In order to be able to assess compliance based on our company’s standards, ClearCube sent two staff members through training to become internal auditors. "Having trained internal auditors on our team has enabled us to deeply evaluate our quality management system, to stay focused on ensuring process transparency, improve operational efficiency, and to identify opportunities for improvement that would let us implement corrective actions on time,” said Terry Moore, Legal Contract Administrator-Operations.
