Cleaning Technologies Group, LLC Names Tim Piazza President of Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics


Tim Piazza was named President of Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics effective January 3, 2011. Mr. Piazza will be responsible for all operations at the Jamestown, NY location. He will report directly to Jim McEachen, CEO of Cleaning Technologies Group, LLC.

Tim most recently held the position of Manager of Research and Development Technology with the Aeroengine Division of SKF in Jamestown, New York. Previously, Tim was Assistant Professor at Jamestown Community College where he helped found the Manufacturing Technology Institute. Prior to that Tim was General Manager of the Precision Cleaning Division of CAE Ultrasonics (the predecessor to Blackstone-NEY Ultrasonics).

Tim attended The State University of New York at Stony Brook and holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Physics.

Tim lives in Jamestown with his wife, Tammy and their two year old son. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Jamestown Boys and Girls Club, is an adjunct professor and sits on the Board of Trustees at Jamestown Community College.
