CLARCOR Industrial Air Acquires US-based TDC Filter from MRFI

(NYSE: CLC) has announced its acquisition of the assets of TDC Filter from Midwesco Filter Resources Inc (MFRI). TDC Filter is a high-tech manufacturer of gas turbine filtration products and systems. TDC Filter has a wide range of air filter solutions for both the power generation market and many other industrial applications.
