LITTLE ROCK, Ark., July 10 / -- Cingular Wireless, the nation's largest wireless carrier, says: "Hello!" to the Southwest Arkansas counties of Hempstead, Nevada, Lafayette and Columbia.

As part of its entrance to this important part of Arkansas services, Cingular has also opened a store in Hope. The store is located at 501 N.
