Chroma Color Announces New Chief Executive Officer Shruti Singhal
Chroma Color Corporation, leading formulator and supplier of specialty color and additive concentrates and IR absorbing and modifying dyes with an extensive manufacturing footprint throughout the United States, has appointed Shruti Singhal as Chief Executive Officer and member of the company Board of Directors effective July 19th, 2021.
Shruti Singhal, Chroma’s new CEO commented, “I am very excited to join and lead this dynamic organization at a time of great opportunity with significant options for accelerating our growth. Tom Bolger, Chroma Color’s CEO for the past 16 years commented, “when I decided to work on a transition from my current position in early 2020, I agreed with our Board that we would take time with the process to ensure that we identified the best new leader for the great company we have been building. I could not be more pleased that Shruti has agreed to join the company as its new CEO to lead Chroma in its next stage of growth”.

Mr. Singhal will be responsible to build on Chroma’s success, driving forward the Company’s strategic roadmap and transformation through organic and inorganic growth as well as a focus on innovation, delivering an industry leading technology position and cultivating a high-performance culture of service excellence.

Throughout his career, Mr. Singhal has worked in North America and Europe, and has held positions of increasing management and executive responsibility with multinational companies including Henkel, Cognis (now BASF), Rohm & Haas, The Dow Chemical Company, Ashland, Solenis, and General Cable. Prior to joining Chroma Color, he most recently served as President for the DSM’s Engineering Materials business. He holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Drexel University, a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, and also completed the Global Marketing Management Program at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
