CeramTec's Ceramaseal® Products Support the European Space Agency


Laurens, SC, August 14, 2007 - CeramTec North America (CTNA) is proud to be a supplier to the European Program for Global Navigation Services managed by the European Space Agency (ESA). This is the first global satellite navigation program built for civilian needs.

Working with a Swiss based Company, CeramTec's Ceramaseal® feedthroughs have been used within their high reliability clock and test set solutions for advanced satellite and space systems, which are designed for the ESA. Among these technologies is a Swiss atomic clock, the most precise time measuring device that has ever been in space.
