Central Coating Adds Laser Marking Capabilities
West Boylston, Ma – Central Coating, a specialized precision coating application and EMI Shielding company, has recently announced the addition of Laser Marking to their coating application capabilities. Central recently completed the acquisition and installation of a YAG Fiber Laser Marking System. This system has a 6' x 6' operating envelope and can accommodate parts up to 22' x 22'. It excels at engraving both plastic and metal parts.
Laser marking insures marking permanence. Once applied markings remain permanent with no chance of fading or falling off. It allows for great graphic flexibility of any type of logo, barcode, alpha numeric serial number, patent number, trademark, icon symbol or graphic design in almost every shape and size. Laser marking guarantees process repeatability, superior quality and accuracy. Along with high speed and great material flexibility this equipment also provides superior resolutions for very demanding and complex markings and we can produce parts with clarity and high readability down to character sizes smaller than .025 inches.
