Castrol Industrial Appoints New Americas President

Castrol Industrial North America Inc. ("Castrol Industrial") announces that Todd Mitchell will assume leadership of its industrial fluids and lubricants business for the Americas region effective July 1, 2008.

Mitchell has been a member of the Castrol extended leadership team for the past two years, after holding a variety of roles since joining Castrol's industrial business in 2001 including Performance Manager, Knowledge Manager, Strategy Manager and more recently, Area Director for Mexico, the Castrol LubeCon business, and the recently divested Castrol Reprocessing Services business.

He brings a wealth of experience from his days at Illinois Tool Works, where he held roles in finance, operations, and sales and marketing within a business focused on serving automotive customers. Mitchell has a very successful track record in implementing changes and positioning businesses for profitable growth through people leadership and sound strategic thinking and planning.

Mitchell holds a degree in Finance from Oakland University and received his Masters Degree in Business Administration from DePaul University.
