Companies to Collaborate to Service the Domestic Knife Blade Market

WYOMISSING, Pa. - July 28, 2010 - Carpenter Technology Corporation (NYSE: CRS), a leader in the development and manufacture of high-performance specialty alloys, today announced an exclusive deal with SB Specialty Metals LLC. Together, the two companies will bring sport and military knife blade materials to a much broader market in both the U.S. and Canada.
