Caron Technical Service Welcomes Corey Adams to its Team

(Marietta, OH, May 4, 2010) The Service & Quality Department welcomes Corey Adams, Equipment Technical Specialist, to its team. Adams brings 18 years of experience at Caron where he held a variety of roles in manufacturing and production. His most recent role was Production Manager.

"We are pleased to have Corey join us," said Jim Lang, Service & Quality manager. "Corey has demonstrated his strong leadership skills consistently throughout his career. He puts customers first, an attribute we rigorously advocate at Caron and, particularly, in Quality and Service."

As production manager, he coordinated the daily manufacturing schedule to exceed customer's needs and requests by working closely with the production team, engineering, purchasing and sales department. He also performed testing and final inspection on products before they left Caron's facility.

In his new position, his responsibilities include assisting Caron's rapidly growing national and international customer base. He provides technical service support, parts sales and applications assistance.

"It is my primary responsibility to respond to technical service calls and emails," Adams said. "I find out exactly what the customer needs and see it through from beginning to end."

Adams' extensive experience in both production and manufacturing bring the necessary skills to servicing equipment.

"It is essential to know how to build our equipment before you can efficiently troubleshoot it," Adams said. "By having 18 years of experience in manufacturing at Caron, I have a lot of history to fall back on when working in technical support. I love problem solving, so assisting customers every day is very gratifying to me."
