Carlos Herrera, Former Director of Manufacturing, Appointed President and Chief Operating Officer for ARRK Product Development Group U.S.A. and Mexico

San Diego, CA. - July 7, 2008 - ARRK, a leading provider in full-line product development
services for a variety of industries, today announced the appointment of Carlos Herrera, former
Director of Manufacturing, to its President and Chief Operating Officer in hopes to enhance
efficiency and improve profits. Herrera's primary responsibilities will include executing ARRK
strong growth plans for the North American market and managing the company to meet
aggressive corporate goals.

all expectations as ARRK's Director of Manufacturing. I am confident and quite proud to name
him as my successor, and new President and C.O.O. of ARRK Product Development Group. I

Herrera's strong record as a leader in the disciplines of Performance Excellence, Quality,
Customer Advocacy and Lean Manufacturing with a strong background in General Management
in Manufacturing lead him to his current role.

Mr. Herrera's appointment to ARRK Product Development Group's new President and Chief
Operating Officer became effective as of July 1, 2008.
