Capewell Components and Collaboration Technologies Announce Partnership to Distribute CTI's Mission Planning System

April 7, 2006, North Kingstown Rhode Island - Capewell Components of South Windsor CT and Collaboration
Technologies, Inc. of North Kings town, RI today culminated a long term strategic partnership agreement for the
exclusive right to distribute CTI's flagship software product, Collaboration Technology's Mission Planning System, or
ctMPS. This first of a kind collaboration-enabling of a well known military flight planning system will revolutionize today's
mission planning paradigm allowing cooperative mission planning anytime, anywhere, in real-time. Using object-level
technology at an extremely low bandwidth, ctMPS promises the future of Warfighter Centric Networking, today. ctMPS
joins all mission users in a joint strike package along with intel and command & control in a Virtual Mission Planning
Room (VMPR) to plan as never before. All services with a stake in the fight will be represented, real-time.

U.S. and allied forces have been demanding this capability for some time, but have been continually frustrated by
relatively high cost and long developmental lead time. CTI brings a high tech solution to the warfighter at low cost with
minimal training, thus transforming the battle-space today with almost complete transparency to the user.

Capewell has a 125 year history of manufacturing aerial delivery platforms and components for the military and Collaboration
Technologies Inc. adds an entirely new dimension to Capewell's product line. Along with Capewell's addition of precision aerial
delivery systems, Capewell will be part of a new software breakthrough in Collaboration-enabling.

Capewell, a Hartford, CT area institution, is the premiere life support and aerial delivery manufacturer in the world. The life support
and aerospace division has been supplying US forces with the famous Capewell Parachute Release for over 60 years and
continues this tradition with ripcords, cable assemblies and parachute hardware for worldwide military forces. Along with it's
precision aerial component and the new addition of CTI's ctMPS, Capewell is poised to continue it's tradition of "delivering the
future, today".

Collaboration Technologies, Inc. was founded in 2001 and is a small, highly technical software corporation comprised of
experienced systems engineers and seasoned Air Force aviators. CTI's primary mission is to support the warfighter by cre ating
Warfighter Centric software applications adding leading edge technology to legacy systems. "Designed by Warfight ers, for
Warfighters", the intent is to bring needed applications to the user today. Additionally, CTI is spawning innovative Collaboration
Technology through local universities, private industry as well as Department of Defense/Department of Homeland Security.
