Bridgeport Purchases Regal Name and Specific Assets
STRATFORD, Conn., Aug. 1, 2006 - Bridgeport Fittings, Inc., announced today the purchase of certain assets of Regal Manufacturing, a supplier of electrical cable and conduit fittings, based in City of Industry, California. The purchase, for an undisclosed amount, includes the Regal Manufacturing name, all rights to the use of the Regal name, drawings, trade marks, part numbers, third party listings, domain names, and tools and dies associated with the manufacture of Regal products.
In a separate purchase, Bridgeport also acquired specific assembly and production equipment associated with the manufacture of Regal products.
