Bradken, Inc. Joins AISC as an Associate Member - Structural Steel Castings


Kansas City, MO – As part of Bradken’s ongoing commitment to the Structural Steel marketplace, we have joined AISC; as an associate member. Bradken displays at NASCC, has participated in Steel Days and given seminars to groups of Structural Engineers and Architects; in the use of steel cast connections.



Bradken has an increasing reìsumeì of involvement high profile projects: Queen Richmond Centre West (Toronto, ON), Transbay Transit Terminal (San Francisco, CA), Arthur Ashe Tennis Stadium Roof Project (Flushing Meadows NY), Seismic Retrofit of the Oakland International Airport (Oakland, CA) and other projects.



Bradken employs a large technical and quality staff capable of handling the most stringent specification and testing methods. We are knowledgeable about architecturally exposed steel and can supply engineering support, tooling, manufacturing, casting, NDT and finish machining.

This is an area in which Bradken possesses a rich supply history and successful supply track record to Original Equipment Manufacturers. The Industrial Products Business manufactures low alloy steels, high alloy steels, stainless and wear resistant grades range from castings of 200 lbs. to 55,000 lbs. (90 to 25,000 kg). Complete scope supply within these markets is supported by engineering, pattern construction, solidification modelling, machining and sub-assembly services.
