BorgWarner Declares Quarterly Dividend
AUBURN HILLS, Mich., April 18 / -- The board of directors of BorgWarner Inc. (NYSE: BWA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share on all of the company's issued and outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable May 15, 2008 to stockholders of record on May 1, 2008.
