AUBURN HILLS, Mich., July 20 -- The board of directors of BorgWarner Inc. (NYSE: BWA) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share on all of the company's issued and outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable August 15, 2007 to stockholders of record on August 1,
2007.
