Boiler Tube Panel Replacement System Features Saw and One-Step End Prep Tool

A boiler tube panel replacement system featuring a saw that makes perfectly square cuts and an end-prep tool which removes membrane and finishes tube ends in one-step is available from ESCO Tool of Medfield, Massachusetts.

Esco's Boiler Tube Panel Replacement System is air-powered and features the APS-438 saw that glides along a track, attached using two weld tabs, and creates a perfectly square cut with 1/8" accuracy. Combined with the Wart MILLHOG® right angle end-prep tool which can machine membrane from between clad tubes, remove overlay, and apply a finished end-prep simultaneously, this system lets users remove panels and prep the existing tube ends fast.

Capable of cutting virtually any tube up to 4-3/8" thick, regardless of material, Esco's APS-438 air-powered saw uses fiberglass reinforced blades. The Wart MILLHOG® can perform 37-1/2° and J-preps, flat face, and bore clad tubing, while removing the overlay. This tool only needs a 2-5/8" minimum radial clearance and has a working range from 3/4" I.D. to 4-1/2" O.D.

Esco's APS-438 air-powered saw is priced at $4,995.00 and the Wart MILLHOG® is $4,795.00. They can be rented together as a complete system for $425.00
per week in the continental U.S.A.
