Business Executives to Highlight Opportunities for New Product Development from Renewables at BIO's World Congress

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Corporate leaders will discuss benefits for businesses and consumers through incorporation of industrial biotechnologies in manufacturing of traditional products during BIO's 8th annual World Congress on Industrial Biotechnology and Bioprocessing. The world's largest industrial biotechnology conference will feature company presentations on biofuels, biobased products, renewable chemicals, synthetic biology, food ingredients and biomass. The event will be held May 8-11 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and is coorganized by BIO, BIOTECanada and the Agri-Technology Commercialization Centre (ATCC), which is comprised of Soy 20/20, Ontario Agri-Food Technologies, Bioenterprise.
