Basetek Breaks Ground on New Manufacturing Facility in Burton Township (Middlefield, OH)
BaseTek celebrates their groundbreaking ceremony on a new 26,000 sq. ft. facility located in Geauga County (Burton Township). The new building will more than double its current manufacturing capacity.
"Our new state of the art facility will allow us to better meet the needs of our customers as we continue to grow and expand our industry and market place." Officials throughout Geauga County have joined together in providing a fast track process to make this project a reality and assist in meeting our timetable objectives. "We could not be more pleased with the support of the county and are all looking forward to being a permanent part of this wonderful community" said Sapita. Additional incentives were provided thru state programs.
The Mullett Company will act as the General Contractor for the project and the larger facility is slated to create up to 10 additional jobs over the next few years.
