Badger Plug Acquires Homa Plastics
(Greenville, Wis.)Â - Badger Plug Company, the world’s leading producer of roll protection products, has acquired Joseph Homa Consultants Inc. of Westmount, Quebec, Canada. Founded in 1977, Joseph Homa Consultant Inc. supplied plastic core plugs to paper mills and converting operations located mostly in and around Quebec. According to Tom Duffy, national sales manager for Badger Plug, “This acquisition will add some models to our already extensive line of plastic core plugs. While we presently serve many of the same markets throughout Canada, we look forward to supporting former Homa customers with a complete line of roll suspension and protection solutions as well as offering technical support for all roll protection needs.”
