AVANTCÉ SOFTWARE COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF ROBOCOM SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL

Massapequa, NY October 11, 2005 - Avantcé Software announced today that it as completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of ROBOCOM Systems International, a leading provider of Warehouse Management Solutions that optimize and enable supply chains.

The newly independent company will retain the ROBOCOM name and will be headquartered in Massapequa, NY.
