Avantcé Software Completes Acquisition of Radcliffe, Inc.


Toronto, Ontario - March 1, 2007 - Avantcé Software announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Radcliffe, Inc., a provider of Warehouse Management Solutions that optimize and enable supply chains. Radcliffe will be combined with Robocom Systems International, Avantcé's existing supply chain execution portfolio company.
