What: Dan Kalagher, AutoVirt Systems Engineer, will present a talk on AutoVirt software and its applicability as a per-project data migration tool, or as a fully-deployed, ongoing data management solution. The talk will feature a live product demonstration that highlights how to leverage AutoVirt's industry-unique global namespace technology to automate non-disruptive tiering and data migration, as well as enhance a customer's ability to view and manage distributed data. He will also explain how AutoVirt can simplify a new storage implementation -- from the initial data assessment to automated client referrals, following migration. Finally, Kalagher will briefly discuss AutoVirt's integration with NetApp SnapLock® and SnapMirror®, and how to use AutoVirt as a replacement for NetApp Virtual File Manager(TM) (VFM®).
