AutoSoft and Oxlo Partner to Enhance Ford Factory Integration


Third Largest Dealer System Provider Chooses Oxlo to Replace Current VPN Solution With Managed Internet Communications

BROOMFIELD, Colo. and WEST MIDDLESEX, Penn., Dec. 12 -- Oxlo Systems Inc., the operator of the leading automotive retail integration network, and AutoSoft International, Inc., North America's third largest Dealer Management System (DMS) vendor, announce an agreement for Oxlo to provide AutoSoft with integration services to Ford Motor Company's dealer communications system. Oxlo will provide all integration management and support services for AutoSoft.

This strategic relationship will improve Ford factory communications for more than 400 Ford dealers while also allowing AutoSoft to concentrate its efforts on enhancing its DMS with new, high-value features. Additionally, AutoSoft and Oxlo will implement four new interfaces to Ford. These new interfaces will save time and streamline operations for AutoSoft's Ford dealers. AutoSoft believes these new capabilities coupled with the benefits of Internet communications will be appealing to its existing Ford customers as well as new dealers who are interested in a simple to use, feature rich DMS at an attractive price.

Oxlo has provided AutoSoft with integration services to Hyundai since late 2005, and this agreement represents a significant increase to their relationship further validating the Oxlo value proposition.

AutoSoft will begin pilot of the new integration solution in January.
