This prestigious Supplier Award is given to a very small number of suppliers who provide ResMed with exceptional service at its manufacturing operations in Sydney, Australia, Duncan, South Carolina, Singapore, and in Europe. Automated Packaging Systems received this award based on measurable performance data in areas of product quality, service performance, documentation and on-time delivery.
RedMed has a Supplier Performance Evaluation Committee that is comprised of Product Development, Manufacturing, Planning/Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Global Supplier Alliance functions from its Sydney and Singapore manufacturing sites. A comprehensive grading system evaluates the performance of all Tier 1 suppliers on a scale from 0 to 100%. Automated Packaging scored above 90% for two consecutive 6-month periods, which is rated as "exceeds expectations."
