Audrey Grove Celebrates 50th Anniversary with Busch Precision

We would like to congratulate Audrey Grove on 50 years of service and dedication to Busch Precision, Inc. Audrey joined Busch in 1964. At the time her father, Art Moerschel, was president of the J.C. Busch Company, as it was known then, and her husband George had joined the company two years prior as a management trainee. Audrey was hired to solidify the office and accounting operations, overseeing payables and receivables. In 1969, when her father became suddenly and fatally ill, he asked George to carry on the company legacy, and on April 21, 1969 George Grove officially became president and treasurer, Audrey Grove became vice president and secretary. The company officially changed its name in 1991 to Busch Precision, Inc. and to this day remains owned by the Grove family, though now lead by Michael Mallwitz, President/CEO.

“It truly has been an honor to serve the Grove family for the past 35 years,” says Mallwitz. “This company has been successfully lead by owners who care deeply about the associates, and providing complete satisfaction to our customers. Audrey personifies class and integrity.”

Audrey and George are both graduates of Northwestern University, and both hold a B.A. in business. They were married in 1944, and will be celebrating an incredible 70 years of marriage this coming May.
