Atrium's Chest Drain CE Program Now Exclusively Online

HUDSON, N.H., Nov. 6 -- Atrium Medical Corporation, the leader in chest drain education, is proud to announce that its Managing Chest Drainage Continuing Education Program is now available exclusively online. The new online version of the 2.0 credit CEU program allows nurses to access the manual and self-quiz at any time, day or night, by visiting Atrium's education web site, atriumU.com.

This self-study activity, approved by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) and administered by Atrium free of charge, is designed to provide registered nurses with information about chest drainage. CEU credits are earned by passing a 17 question online self-quiz. Atrium's goal is for nurses to better understand the physiology and pathophysiology relating to conditions requiring chest drainage. Learning about the safe and effective use of chest drain systems will allow registered nurses to provide high quality care for their patients.

Atrium's commitment to clinical education is second to none. With an extensive collection of comprehensive educational programs, Atrium University is a free resource offered to clinicians to further their knowledge of chest drainage.
