ASTM International Releases Compilation of Standards for Surface Preparation



W. CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., —A new compilation, ASTM Standards for Surface Preparation, is now available on CD-ROM from ASTM International.



This new ASTM compilation provides the latest research, standards and testing protocols for the surface preparation community. It includes information on surface preparation for flooring and coating of walls, including several types of surfaces, both commercial and industrial.



The 100 standards included in the publication were developed by the following ASTM International technical committees:

• C09 on Concrete and Concrete Aggregates;

• D01 on Paint and Related Coatings, Materials and Applications;

• D33 on Protective Coatings for Power Generation Facilities; and

• F06 on Resilient Floor Coverings.
