ASC Spring Expo Reaches Record Levels
Eighty-two Suppliers to Share Innovative Products and Services to Formulating Community at ASC’s Spring Convention and EXPO
Bethesda, MD – The Adhesive and Sealant Council’s Spring Convention and EXPO 2016 will feature a record number of suppliers participating in its EXPO. The ASC Spring Convention and EXPO will include 82 companies at the event, breaking the record of 75 companies set in 2015 and growing 9% from last year.
Suppliers participating in ASC’s EXPO is a critical piece of the Council’s Long Range Plan focused on innovation. As the plan states, “….innovation occurs across the value chain, and ASC is uniquely positioned to provide platforms that link the value chain to stimulate member company research and development efforts.” One of the primary ASC platform links is found at every Convention via the four hour, focused EXPO.

Since 2010, the ASC Spring EXPO has experienced considerable growth – reaching and maintaining a high level of participation. The EXPO featured 52 companies in 2010, and has experienced a 7% compounded annual growth rate. Because of this growth, as well as a commitment to emphasize technically oriented programming, the overall Convention and EXPO has expanded from an average of 350 attendees in the 2000's, to reaching between 550-600 attendees in 2014-2016.
