Arthur Machinery-Florida Celebrates DMC Merger with FFG
Tampa, Florida –Â Arthur Machinery-Florida represents DMC Machinery America in Florida and Puerto Rico. Recently DMC Korea signed a Merger Acquisition agreement with FFG (Fair Friend group) and the Korean government officially approved the merger.
Fair Friend Group is a leading global Machine Tool Manufacturer and have earned a world-class reputation of product excellence, reliability through innovative design, mass production capacity and rigorous quality control. FFG has affiliates in Japan, Germany, Italy and other countries.
DMC America will greatly benefit from this merger with added resources for new machine models, new products, engineering enhancements and capital investment.
K.J. (Johnny) Seo, President of DMC Machinery America Corp. has an extensive Machine Tool background with developing the U.S. market for major Korean builders. He is credited as having a key role with establishing Daewoo Machinery in the U.S.
DMC Machinery offers Machining Centers, CNC Turning Centers, Drilling/Tapping machines and complete systems for automotive customers. In addition, DMC has been a primary sub-contractor for major Korean and Japanese Machine Tool builders for over 30 years.
Johnny recently added John Lim as Executive Sales Marketing Director for the U.S. market. Mr Lim has many years of experience with the DMC products and is very familiar with the U.S. market.
