Artel Adds New Customer Support Specialist to Support Growth of Pipetting Training Programs
Westbrook, ME (April 15, 2009) - Artel, a leader in liquid handling quality assurance, expands its Technical Services team with the addition of Candie Cavosora as Customer Support Specialist. Cavosora will coordinate the company's Pipette Proficiency Training program, a service designed to help laboratory personnel improve their pipetting technique. She will also provide customers with after-sales instrument and software support. The appointment reflects Artel's goal of meeting the increased demand for personnel training as laboratories seek to better navigate the economic downturn through programs designed to optimize staff performance.

Cavosora brings to Artel over 17 years of experience in the biotech technical-support arena, with over eight years of experience in technical product training. She holds a degree from Andover College.
