Presentations Explore Energy Efficiency Software's Impact on Energy Savings and Customer Satisfaction
ATLANTA, Oct. 26 -- APOGEE Interactive Inc. is demonstrating today how Internet-based energy efficiency software in use by Nashville Electric Service and Sacramento Municipal Utility District helps consumers save energy and helps the utilities improve customer service at the annual APPA Customer Connections Conference in Anaheim, Calf.
Darlene Lucas, Mid America Account Executive for APOGEE, will co-present with Marietta Rooks, Customer Service Manager for Nashville Electric Service. They'll demonstrate the suite of online tools NES customer service representatives use to zero in on customers' billing questions and provide targeted energy efficiency recommendations. Tom DuBos, Western Region Account Executive for APOGEE, will present the process and online tools used by Sacramento Municipal Utility District's call center to achieve greater "first call resolution" to customer high bill inquiries and attain higher customer satisfaction.
