Announcement of Personnel Changes
Millennium Die Group (Milwaukee, WI and Three Rivers, MA) is pleased to announce two personnel changes in our Milwaukee facility, effective immediately.
Eric Poster has taken over the role of Customer Service Manager. In this role he will supervise order processing including contract negotiation, pricing dies for quotation and order placement, and the company personnel carrying out these tasks. Eric can be reached at 414-434-5700, extension 202.
Eric has been with MDG for over ten years as our outside Salesperson. This change of role will reduce his sales role and result in less time in the field. Our customers will still have the opportunity for visits from Eric, and he will be available for any emergency or need to improve our mutual understandings.
Randy Bruder has taken over a newly created role of Design Manager. In this role, Randy will advise and support the Customer Service Department on the technical and practical elements of steel rule designs for all customers. Randy is leading the company’s new program of defined die standards we will use based on the materials being die cut, and the characteristics of those materials. This approach establishes the standard on which our current program of customer specifications in turn are based.
Randy has been with MDG for over three years and joined us with an excellent background in the die making industry, bringing strengths in CAD and knifing. He has learned to utilize our automatic rule benders to make dies, as well as learning to run the Laser to burn die boards from a range of materials. Randy can be reached at 414-434-5700.
