Ampacet Certifies its Plastic Masterbatches Under the UL-94 Flammability Standard


Certification Covers Uses in Engineering

Tarrytown, NY, October 25, 2005 - Ampacet has announced it has certified its line of black, white, color and functional additive masterbatches under the UL 94 flammability requirements. The certification applies to the use of the company's products in engineering thermoplastics, including nylon, polycarbonate, ABS, styrene-acrylonitrile and polyester, as well as in polypropylene and polyethylene.
