Ampac Flexibles Announces Addition of Two Key Director Positions


Cincinnati, OH (December 19, 2005) -The Ampac Flexibles, division of Ampac Packaging LLC, announces two new key director positions.

Dave Bartish has just joined the company's Performance Films group as the director of sales. Bartish has almost 20 years experience in flexible packaging including sales, sales management and marketing. Most recently, he led the sales and business development team for a major account at Curwood, a Bemis company.

Bartish will report to George Thomas, vice president and general manager, Ampac Flexibles.

Also joining the Ampac Flexibles team as part of its Converted Products group is Tricia Reighard, director of technical marketing. Reighard comes to Ampac with a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry and an extensive consumer packaging research background. Reighard reports to Tom Geyer, vice president of manufacturing.

The responsibilities for this newly-created position include the development of leading edge applications (such as retort packaging) that utilize Ampac's Saran(TM) extrusion capabilities. Further Reighard will be helping create innovative flexible packaging structures produced on the company's nine-layer blown film line.

Additionally, Tom Crosson, business development manager, will help spearhead key growth initiatives for the Performance Films group.
