Atlanta, GA Â – The advanced capabilities of CONNEX, Amimon's innovative, zero-latency HD wireless video link, will take center stage in a series of demonstrations to be held in the Robots in Action area (Booth # 332) during AUVSI's Unmanned Systems 2015 conference and trade show, which takes place May 5-7 at the Georgia World Conference Center in Atlanta.

Amimon will host three demos during the show. Tuesday, May 5 from 1:45 to 2:15 pm and Wednesday, May 6 from 12:15 to 12:45 pm, they will feature IntelligentUAS, a US-based leading provider of unmanned aerial drones for a wide range of business and industrial applications. Thursday, May 7 from 12:45 to 1:15 pm, they will feature AtlantaHobby, USA-based hobby shop specializing in remote control vehicles with an emphasis on electric power.
Delivering full HD video quality with zero-latency transmission over distances up to 1,000 meters (3,300 feet), the plug-and-play CONNEX is ideal for inspection, aerial video production and photography, broadcast, crowd control, and other applications that require real-time control of a camera and drone.
A robust 5GHz radio with sophisticated 2x5 MIMO and automatic channel selection allows CONNEX to ensure resilient connectivity at all times, free from interference from UAV controls and other 2.4GHz radio links. CONNEX's multicasting feature supports up to four screens simultaneously while maintaining excellent HD video. All CONNEX links are encrypted with RSA1024 AES128, providing secured link to all applications. The CONNEX kit includes all antennas, cables and connectors required for air and ground unit setup.
