Ambrell to Participate in Manufacturing Day 2014
Students and the general public can tour Ambrell on October 3rd to learn about manufacturing and induction heating
Scottsville, NYÂ – Ambrell, a leading manufacturer of induction heating solutions, is pleased to announce that it will be participating in Manufacturing Day once again. On Friday October 3rd an introductory presentation, a facility tour, and an induction heating demonstration will be given to registrants at 9:00am at Ambrell’s worldwide headquarters in Scottsville, NY.
The objective of Manufacturing Day is to educate the public about the wealth of opportunities that exist in manufacturing, and combat many of the common misperceptions. There are over 1,000 companies within the United States who are participating in this event this year.
Ambrell, which was started in the Rochester area nearly 30 years ago, manufactures its induction heating systems at its ISO-certified Scottsville, NY headquarters. It has steadily grown, and exports its American-assembled systems around the world. Ambrell has more than 80 employees in Scottsville and over 120 worldwide.
