AM Conservation Appoints Michael Quinn as President and Chief Executive Officer


CHARLESTON, SC – AM Conservation Group, Inc. (AMCG) announced that, effective today, Michael Quinn as been named the company's President and Chief Executive Officer. Quinn assumes this role from Todd Recknagel, AMCG's current Chief Executive Officer, who will remain on the AMCG Board of Directors. Under Recknagel's leadership, AMCG completed three acquisitions and achieved significant growth, positioning the Company for its recent acquisition by Kohlberg Company.



Quinn joins AMCG with an extensive track record of senior leadership experience across industries, most recently as President and Chief Executive Officer of Aurora Products Group, a supplier of burial, memorial and technology products to the funeral industry. Prior to his tenure with Aurora, Quinn was Chief Financial Officer of United States Infrastructure Corporation, a leading provider of infrastructure locating services for public utilities, and Vice President and General Manager of Invisible Fence, a division of Innotek Inc., a leading manufacturer of electronic training and accessory products that provide behavior solutions for pet and sporting dogs. Prior to these roles, Quinn held a number of senior management positions across various-middle market companies, including President of StairMaster Health and Fitness Products.
