All Flex Prepares for Growth with Capacity Increase Plan

Northfield, MN December 8, 2009: All Flex, manufacturer of flexible printed circuits and heater circuits, announces capital improvement plans for equipment and substantial facility upgrades to prepare for further growth. Several processes will be upgraded as the expansion of wet process and imaging is completed. This is being driven by their growing heater business that All Flex has enjoyed since introducing heaters to their product line in 2008. The purchase of additional wet process capital equipment will help manage the additional business.

All Flex continues to manufacture flexible circuits in the original building it has occupied since its inception nearly 20 years ago. There have been several expansions and changes to accommodate capacity over the years including moving some processes to the Bloomington, MN facility and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles. Current and foreseeable customer demands are again pushing the limits of the existing building.

"The addition of capacity for our flexible heater products will also allow us to implement facility improvements for flexible circuitry fabrication. We are taking advantage of this increment of capital investment to prepare for growth we expect in 2010 with military and medical flexible circuits. Additional clean room space will be installed and the facility footprint will be modified to accommodate future capacity expansion." says Dave Becker, All Flex Sales Manager. The timeline for the facility changes is aggressive with completion expected by the end of quarter one, 2010.
