All-air web guide systems from Coast Controls operate entirely on standard plant air of 3 to 6 PSI. Retrofits packages include the controller, the all-air edge sensor, a 2-stage air filter/air regulator assembly, and pneumatic cylinder. While all-air web guides typically cost less than electronic systems, customer can save even more during retrofitting by utilizing existing guide frames that still operate and pivot freely. In addition, installation time is minimal without the need for electrical wiring or hydraulic plumbing. Pre-assembled all-air retrofit packages are also available for side-shifting unwind/rewind stands. Every all-air retrofit system comes with a 10-year warranty.
