Alert Workers of Dangerous Collisions Before They Occur

or any other moving object, is approaching just around the corner
Each year forklift truck accidents kill more then 100 people in warehouses, plants and factories. Forklift trucks also cause serious injuries to over 36,000 employees. The Collision Awareness product line of sensors and warning lights detect movement in blind spots around a corner or an intersection. The sensors flash a warning to pedestrians and operators who are approaching that intersection. The sensors may be adjusted to specific angles and lengths that will meet the needs of any facility. Signals are sent using bright flashing red or amber LED lights on each visible side of the units.

LOOK OUT 1 is ideal for end of the rack aisles that may have end of aisle obstructions that block the view within the intersection. It is a rack mounted collision sensor system designed to alert oncoming traffic to avoid a collision, and uses a single set of flashing LED lights. The unit includes 24V dc power pack, 25 foot power cord and mounting hardware. Amber lights and a 50 foot power cord are optional. LOOK OUT 2 is a larger unit and also has two LED warning lights on each side of the unit, making it more visible. Amber lights and a 50 foot power cord are optional. LOOK OUT 3 is great for a three - way intersection next to or including pedestrian hallways. This unit hangs from the ceiling above and is centered in the intersection of optimal recognition. The unit includes a 24V dc power pack, 50 foot power cord and mounting hardware. The customer must provide chain or cable from the ceiling. Amber lights, a 75 foot power cord and a 100 foot power cord are optional. LOOK OUT 4 is geared for 4-way intersections. It helps regulate traffic by warning of approaching movement of pedestrians and machinery. Amber lights, a 75 foot power cord and a 100 foot power cord are optional.
DOCK WATCH 1 is designed for one door applications. It senses motion and warns operators and pedestrians of impending danger. It is a ceiling hung sensor that mounts high enough to allow all mobile traffic to clear. DOCK WATCH 2 is used to protect two dock doors. Sensors can point to both door locations, and also identify motion in traffic areas near the loading dock. Both units include 24V dc power pack, 50 foot power cord and mounting hardware. The customer must provide chain or cable from the ceiling. A 75 foot power cord and a 100 foot power cord are optional.
The Collision Awareness product line of sensors and warning lights are designed to avoid forklift truck accidents by alerting operators and pedestrians of approaching movement and potential danger. The signal lights use energy efficient LED lights that last 100,000 hours before they need to be replaced. They use a low voltage 24v power source and come with 25-50 feet of wire for easy installation. They help avoid workplace accidents, costly litigation, and, most importantly, tragic fatalities.
