Aldridge Announces Business Expansion
LIBERTYVILLE, Ill. –Â Aldridge Construction, a leading provider of heavy civil and electrical construction services nation-wide, has announced the acquisition of Magco Drilling Inc., a foundation contractor based in Azusa, California. With this acquisition, Aldridge adds capabilities to an already diverse portfolio including drilled shaft foundations, micropiles, anchors, displacement piles, grouting, earth retention and shoring. Along with expanded services, Aldridge acquired a diverse equipment fleet and most importantly, many skilled and focused people.
Magco Drilling has performed technical and challenging foundation projects in the Western U.S. for over 30 years. Formed by Mike Maggio, Magco has established crews and customers throughout California, Nevada and Arizona. Their performance in the commercial, civil and industrial markets demonstrates Magco's commitment to safety and quality. This, along with the many, tenured Magco employees, creates a skillset that gels well with Aldridge's strong culture of safety, quality and professionalism.
