AERCO Announces Promotions


Changes in Global Sales, Marketing, Technology and Product Engineering to Sustain Growth

Northvale, NJ (February 7, 2006) - AERCO International, Inc., a leading supplier of commercial boilers and water heaters and noted pioneer in the high-efficiency segment, announced senior level promotions throughout the organization. The personnel changes in Global Sales, Marketing, Technology and Product Engineering reflect the company's aggressive growth objectives as the worldwide market for long-lasting, low maintenance, high-efficiency equipment rapidly expands.

Neil Pilaar has been named Director of Global Sales with new revenue responsibility beyond the U.S. market. In the position, Pilaar will maintain his responsibility for U.S. sales as well as oversee the operations of AERCO's international network of 31 sales representatives in the Americas, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and New Zealand. He will also manage and expand the company's joint venture and licensee relationships. Pilaar has served in a variety of capacities during his 18 year career with AERCO and brings direct experience in Engineering, Applications, Marketing as well as Sales to his new position.

Mark Croce has been named Director of Marketing. With strategic responsibility for the overall direction of the company, he will oversee market research and development, product management and technical writing, applications integration, training and promotional communications. AERCO's customer focus and use of multi-functional teaming operations require that Croce will also play a critical role in the new product and service development and customer retention initiatives. Prior to this promotion, Croce served more than 10 years as Senior Product Manager overseeing matters related to all gas-fired, indirect-fired and custom Navy products designed and distributed by AERCO.

Jerry Fioriti has been named Director of Technology. The new role expands Fioriti's engineering responsibilities for new product development and strengthens AERCO's commitment to staying at the forefront of technological innovation. As the inventor of semi-instantaneous water heating and a leader in modulating combustions systems, AERCO enjoys a 55 year history of bringing new technologies to the commercial marketplace. Under Fioriti's guidance, AERCO has researched, patented and applied breakthroughs in low NOx burner and enhanced heat transfer technologies as well as the use of innovative materials. He has been with the company 10 years.

Within the Engineering team, Mohamed Mehdi Doura has been promoted to Senior Product Engineer and Ken Banuls has been promoted to Senior Lab Technician. Both gentlemen were instrumental in AERCO's successful introductions of a Low NOx burner packages for the company's high-efficiency gas-fired products. Within their respective disciplines, each is leading the design and validation testing for a new 3 million BTU/hr. extension of the company's flagship Benchmark boiler which is scheduled to begin shipping in June. Both Doura and Banuls have been with AERCO nearly 5 years.
