PARSIPPANY, N.J., Jan. 7 -- 4Connections, a New Jersey and New York metro lit and dark fiber provider, announces today that Gil Santaliz, 4Connections' President, was selected to speak on a panel debate, "Analyzing New Market Opportunities in Tier 1, 2 & 3 Metro Markets: Dark Fiber vs. Lit Fiber," at the upcoming METRO CONNECT USA 2008. A prestigious telecommunications symposium, METRO CONNECT USA 2008, is Capacity Magazine's annual metro connectivity and local access industry conference. This year's event will take place in Miami, FL, on January 29-30, 2008.
