3-GIS Acquires Second Contract with Southern Light
Decatur, ALÂ —Â 3-GIS, an Alabama based GIS Software Development Company, announces that Southern Light has signed a contract to deploy 3-GIS Mobile as their second 3-GIS Network Solution in use.
Based out of Mobile, Alabama, Southern Light is a leading provider of fiber optic network for business services and wireless tower backhaul. Spanning throughout 4 states, Southern Light uses the 3-GIS Network Solution, 3-GIS Web, to help manage more than 4,300 miles of fiber network. This network currently supports hundreds of businesses throughout 17 southern cities. Southern Light uses 3-GIS Web for planning and documenting their as-built network, as well as to provide faster response times to network interruptions.
In addition to 3-GIS Web, Southern Light has now added 3-GIS Mobile to their Network Solution package. 3-GIS Mobile will assist them with their goal to support their rapid growth, while maintaining high quality customer satisfaction. Also, because 3-GIS Mobile is a multifunctional tool, it will also support their sales and marketing efforts throughout their projects.
