Passing of the Torch at Americase
Waxahachie, TX – Americase, Inc, the industry leader of airline quality transport cases, is announcing that Bill Kinsala, Founder, President and CEO of Americase is transitioning to the position of Chairman of the Board. The executive torch will be passed to Robby Kinsala, presently the Vice President and COO, who now becomes the President and CEO of Americase, Inc.
Bill Kinsala started Americase 30 years ago in his garage, building custom gun cases for competitive shooters as well as skeet, trap and sporting clay enthusiasts. As a competitive shooter, Bill wasn’t happy with the gun cases available in the marketplace and knew that he could build a better mousetrap. That was the beginning of Americase, Inc. in 1985 and the rest is history. Bill traveled the country from show to show selling his cases and quickly became known for the quality and functionality of his cases. In fact, there are still cases in use today that Bill built in the very beginning, which is a testament to his quality standards and his vision for the industry. Bill instilled a solid foundation at Americase driven by developing solutions to complex transport problems. In doing so, he created a great company that is truly an American entrepreneurship success story. Americase has been and continues to be the best sporting case company in the world. Bill is very supportive of Robby Kinsala in his new role and will continue to be involved in Research and Development, Product Development, and Public Relations. Â
“Robby has been involved with Americase since we built this building when he was only 8 years old. After graduating from the University of North Texas with a Business Administration Degree, Robby has been extremely involved in the direction of the company. He was named COO a number of years ago, and has helped me transition Americase from not only the Premier Sporting Case Company but also in to an ISO9001/AS9100 company that is known worldwide through the development of our Industrial Case Division,” said Bill Kinsala. “I’m very proud of Robby and am extremely happy to pass the torch into his very capable hands. This is very positive change for me and for Robby,” continued Kinsala.
