Available in both SAE and metric sizes, Model DPH-500-5 chuck gives accuracy of 0.001-0.00001 in. Customizable unit features serrated jaws to enhance gripforce and axial locator with integral/air-detect function for positive loading of customer's part. Tertiary datum locator in axial locator allows parts to be twisted into position upon loading.

Designed to grip automotive rubber coupling drive shaft joints, Automobile Rubber Grip Chuck has small collet in center that grips 14 mm I.D. to accuracy of less than 1/10,000 in. TIR.
